One 46mm UV Protector Filter, One 46mm Neutral Density Filter, One 46mm Polarizer Filter. Description · The work horse filter set. This set is a "must have" if you want to ever take your camcorder outdoors. There are a lot of things out there that want to ruin not only your videos, but your camcorder lens as well! · That fine sharp lens on your camcorder can't be replaced, so why not protect it from dirt, dust and scratches with a simple UV filter. It sure is easier to replace a small UV filter than to replace your camcorder because of a damaged lens! · Are your videos being "washed out" when at the beach or on the ski slopes? Screw on the neutral density filter to block some of the light and bring it down to your camcorders level. This filter will not change or alter colors. Neutral Density filters are often ignored by photographers, but they have several uses and offer the possibility to achieve otherwise unachievable results. · Light rays which are reflected by any surface become polarized and polarizing filters are used to select which light rays enter your camara lens. They allow you to remove unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water, glass etc. They also enable colors to become more saturated and appear clearer, with better contrast. This effect is often used to increase the contrast and saturation in blue skies and white clouds.
